Do the hotel rooms have a telephone connection?

Yes. To make an external call, please dial “0” first. Each unit is charged at € 0,26. To call another room, dial 7 followed by the room number (for rooms 001–017, please dial "7" followed by 701 to 717 accordingly).

Are guests allowed to bring dogs with them?

Pets are welcome at our hotel and may be brought along. Accommodation with pets is available on the ground floor. We kindly ask for your understanding that, for hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted in our restaurants or the wellness area.

Is there a safe in every room?

Each of our rooms on Rügen is equipped with a safe, which you are welcome to use free of charge. Please note, however, that the hotel cannot accept liability for your valuables. A safe is also available at reception for your use.

Is it possible to have breakfast served in the room?

Yes, we are happy to serve breakfast in your room for an additional charge. To order, please fill out the order form provided in your room folder and inform the restaurant or reception by 6:00 p.m. the day before. Your breakfast will then be delivered at your preferred time from 7:00 a.m. onwards. A room service surcharge of € 10 per order applies.

What time is check-out on the day of departure?

You may use your room and key card until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you wish, you can request your hotel bill the evening before.

Is it possible to book an allergy-friendly room?

Our hotel does not have specific allergy-friendly rooms. However, we are happy to provide allergy-friendly bedding upon request.

Does every room have a balcony or terrace?
