Is the sauna a textile-free area?
For various reasons, our saunas must be used without swimwear. Hygiene plays a key role, as synthetic swimwear can release harmful substances when exposed to the high heat of the sauna. In addition, sweat released while wearing swimwear tends to remain trapped, which is unhygienic and unpleasant – especially when using both the sauna and the pool area. Moreover, sweating without clothing is healthier, as fabric prevents sweat from evaporating properly from the skin.
